Members are responsible for their annual dues, unless a Fairfields Swimming Club Director is advised of your request to sell,

Memberships are sold on a first-come, first-served basis - so get your request in early. The share price of $375 is returned to the seller only after the membership has been resold.
Please note that membership sales take priority over subletting. If we are unable to sublet your membership by May 15th you will be responsible for your annual fees. When your request to sublet is received you will be contacted by a board member for full explanation.
