  Volunteer Hour Submission

  Fairfields Swimming Club is administered by a volunteer board of directors and relies heavily on its volunteer program to plan social events and help maintain the pool property.  Fairfields Swimming Club (FSC) Volunteer Program was created to maintain our Club's community atmosphere and facilities, and to help keep our expenses at a minimum.

  Duties include:

  • Monitoring and responding to the rentals@fairfieldsswimmingclub.com email
  • Following up on inquiries
  • Ensuring that the rental application is completed
  • Ensuring that deposits and payments are submitted on time
  • Maintaining an up -to-date calendar showing all rentals

  Fairfields has several local camps that rent the pool as part of their camp experience. We are looking for a member volunteer to coordinate these rentals.

  Duties include:

  • Ensuring that the camp rental contracts are completed
  • Ensuring that deposits and payments are submitted on time
  • Maintaining an up -to-date calendar showing when the camps are scheduled to be at the pool

  Spring Cleanup!

  We’re looking forward to a fun season and are currently seeking volunteers to help prepare for the pool opening. It's a great way to jump in and get your volunteer hours for the year done before you've even blinked. It's also essential to get the club in good shape for swim season.

  Come lend a hand getting our gardens clean, weeded, lawns raked, clubhouse ready to go, painting completed, garden clean-out, deck clean up, trim the hedges, shed cleaning, sign installations and overall grounds cleanup.

  Rain date is Saturday, May 18, 2024
